I absolutely loved my stay at this guest house, especially with the HUGE terrace that was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The room with hot tubs was a luxurious touch, although it was a bit small for the price. The service was exceptional, with the manager, Serena, being incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of all the famous sights. The dining experience could have had a bigger variety, but the continental breakfast was delicious. Overall, a delightful experience with a few minor room size issues.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were modern and clean, but on the small side. I had to deal with a leak from the ceiling, which required a bucket in my room for 2 days. The beds were big and comfy, and the staff was incredibly helpful, providing directions and a map to various locations.
The hotel was clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, and in great condition. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautiful, with a generous bathroom. The service was excellent despite ongoing renovations, going out of their way to ensure a trouble-free stay. The location was perfect for exploring Rome with easy access to major attractions. The dining experience was fabulous with a varied selection. The facilities were top-notch.
